Simple tube socks with delicate net pattern (there are no slipped stitches in it, by the way). Despite being heel-less, these socks have decent fit, stay put and don't slide off in most situations, as you can see. The heel is formed naturally due to the gauge difference between plain stockinette and the main pattern. 

Can be knit absolutely any size.

The pattern is written for magic loop, but can easily be converted for DPNs.

You will need standard sock yarn and whatever needles you usually use to make plain socks.
