Meshwork
Meshwork is a triangular shawl pattern with slipped stitches. The backside is worth mentioning, as it is almost completely solid without other color showing at all. There is no stranding; only one color used per row.
The shawl is worked from the bottom up, and can be made any size.
For the shawl as pictured, you will need 100g of background, and 50g of contrasting color (or mesh color) fingering-weight yarn, 3.5mm circular needles, and 2 stitch markers.
Gauge. One cell in the mesh is 2.5x2.5 cm, blocked.
