his is an adult size pattern for thicker yarn. You’ll get size S with 30 X 30 = 10 cm gauge, or size M with 28 X 28 in 10 cm. The PDF has two options for the cuff. The pattern is in pictorial form with very clear, full-color charts for both hands and thumbs; there is no written instructions.
