This triangular wrap is worked from the corner, and can be knit any size.
You will need at least 100g/400m of MC and 50g/200m of CC to make it at least the size of the prototype: 165 cm wide, 38 cm height. To make it larger, make sure to have enough yarn.
One bubble is about 4.5 x 4.5 cm wide blocked, knitted on 4.0mm needles. While the size of the bubbles isn't that important, the knitted fabric needs to be loose enough to block well.
